We're pleased to hear that you have either purchased or received a gift voucher for The Inverness Castle Experience. 

Please follow the instructions below to redeem your voucher. 

How to Redeem 

Experience Vouchers 

All experiences purchased or redeemed using a gift voucher must be booked online in advance. 

These instructions apply to both Experience and Afternoon Tea vouchers: 

  1. Visit our website and book online. 

  1. Choose your visit date. 

  1. Select your preferred time slot. 

  1. Choose your admission(s) based on your voucher. 

  1. Click 'Continue'. 

  1. Enter your voucher code in the 'Voucher / Promo Code' box within the Billing Information section. 

  1. Complete your billing details and click 'Pay Now'. 

  1. Review your booking and payment information, then confirm your purchase. 

  1. Check your email for your booking confirmation. 

  1. Bring your confirmation email with you when you arrive for your Experience. 

 

Experience & Afternoon Tea Vouchers 

Your Experience and Afternoon Tea must be booked separately. 

Please allow approximately 2 hours for Afternoon Tea and 1.5 hours for the Experience when planning your visit. 

Please follow the instructions above to book both your Experience and Afternoon Tea. 

 

Experience Monetary Vouchers 

  1. Visit our website and book online. 

  1. Choose your visit date. 

  1. Select your preferred time slot. 

  1. Choose your admission type. 

  1. Click 'Continue'. 

  1. Enter your voucher code in the 'Voucher / Promo Code' box within the Billing Information section. 

  1. Complete your billing details and click 'Pay Now'. 

  1. If there is any remaining balance to pay towards your Experience, you will be prompted to enter your card details to complete the transaction. 

  1. Review your booking and payment information, then confirm your purchase. 

  1. Check your email for your booking confirmation. 

  1. Bring your confirmation email with you when you arrive for your Experience. 

 

Bistro & Shop Monetary Vouchers 

  1. Bring your voucher with you to the Saltire Bistro or Castle Shop. 

  1. Present your voucher to a member of the team when making your purchase. 

  1. A team member will scan the QR code to redeem the voucher value against your bill.
