Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Baggage cannot be stored at The Inverness Castle Experience or left at the entrance. Please make arrangements to store your baggage prior to visiting.
Visitors are to refrain from shouting, running, and behaviour that spoils the enjoyment of others.
Individuals exhibiting any offensive, abusive or threatening language, behaviour or attire, and individuals suspected of being intoxicated or under the influence of drink and/or drugs, will be asked to leave.
Only alcohol purchased from the Bistro and consumed in the designated areas permitted. Visitors are not allowed to bring or consume their own alcohol on site or in any part of the gardens, esplanade or buildings.
No food or drink to be brought into The South Tower, The North Tower or Saltire Bistro.
Food purchased from outside concessions cannot be brought into the Bistro or other buildings.
We particularly request careful monitoring of children/students on the viewpoint terrace. Please follow any instruction given by the viewpoint steward. Any persons behaving in a way to upset other visitors or deemed to be unsafe will be asked to leave.
The use of all smoke-related products including e-cigarettes, vaporizers, tobacco and its derivatives are prohibited, and this includes the gardens and esplanade.
No commercial filming or photography without written permission from the management.
We reserve the right to remove anyone where there is any evidence of serious failure to comply with these conditions. If the reason for why you are asked to leave the premises during a visit is included in our terms and conditions, the receipt of any refund will be at the sole discretion of the Duty Manager.
