Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Gift vouchers cannot be extended and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.
A gift voucher must be purchased before an offer or experience can be redeemed.
The purchaser and recipient are responsible for ensuring that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to anyone else.
The Inverness Castle Experience is not responsible for providing a record of voucher details if they are misplaced or lost.
Experience gift vouchers are redeemable online only and must be used when booking in advance through our website. The only exception is Bistro & Shop Monetary Vouchers, which can be redeemed in person at the Saltire Bistro and Castle Shop.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or if the voucher barcode is not presented.

Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted vouchers cannot be replaced and will not be refunded.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Expired vouchers will not be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
If the value of a gift experience is less than the current selling price at the time of redemption, the difference must be paid by the guest.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse vouchers that we believe have been altered, copied, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms and conditions.
Gift Experiences
All gift experiences must be used in full. No change will be given, and no replacement voucher will be issued for any unused value.
Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the event of a no-show.
Experiences purchased using a voucher code must be redeemed online and in advance of the booked experience.
Afternoon Tea experiences must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Each voucher is valid for a single redemption only.
If the value of a gift experience is less than the current selling price at the time of redemption, the difference must be paid by the guest.
We reserve the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw experiences due to circumstances beyond our control.

Monetary Vouchers
When redeeming a monetary gift voucher, the voucher number must be presented upon arrival.
Shop and Bistro vouchers are redeemable only in the Saltire Bistro and Castle Shop. Experience vouchers are redeemable only against Experience bookings.
The gift voucher QR code must be presented to a member of the team for scanning.
Any remaining balance on a monetary voucher may be used towards future purchases until the voucher expiry date.
Any unused balance remaining after the voucher expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
