FAQs - Educational Groups
The Inverness Castle Experience is a self‑guided visit, with Visitor Experience Assistants stationed throughout the site to support your group. Educational groups enter via the main front entrance, located behind the Flora Macdonald statue. Toilets are available at several points during the Experience; if you require a planned toilet stop at the start of your visit, please indicate this on your booking form. Please note that the platform lift to the rooftop tower is currently out of service for visitors with accessibility needs.
