Indulge in a luxurious afternoon tea experience in the stunning North Tower Bar. Our menu takes you on a culinary journey through the Highlands, with dishes inspired by local folklore — from kelpies and the Urisks of Breadalbane to mermaid-like creatures said to inhabit rivers and streams.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a handcrafted cocktail to enjoy while we prepare your feast.

Chapter 1 is a savoury course inspired by Highland heritage and the land itself.
Chapter 2 is an indulgent sweet course, filled with enchantment and ancient magic.
The Finale is our take on the classic scone, served with Scottish preserves and clotted cream.
