Where are your products sourced from?

We’re passionate about stocking high quality goods sourced from across the Highland region. Where a particular product can’t be found locally, we look to the rest of Scotland first, and only source from elsewhere in the UK when absolutely necessary. Every item is chosen with care to reflect the spirit and craftsmanship of the Highlands.

Can I supply the shop with my products?

Possibly! We’re always on the lookout for beautiful products to add to our range. From time to time, we’ll post "calls to makers" for specific items we’d like to source locally. But if you think your product would be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you, so please get in touch.

Can I bring my dog in?

Only assistance dogs are permitted inside the castle, but well behaved dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas.

Do you sell online?

Not just yet, but we hope to in the future. For now, our range is exclusive to visitors at Inverness Castle. Many of our suppliers sell online too, so you may find your favourite items available directly through them.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes. If you have your receipt and the product is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t refund food, drink, or other perishable items unless they are faulty.

Do you sell gift cards?

Absolutely! Gift cards are available to purchase in store, just ask a member of our team at the till.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, if you hold a Highlander Pass. This entitles you to 10% off purchases between October and March. Simply present your pass at the till when paying.

Are your products sustainable?

We take sustainability seriously. Wherever possible, we stock locally made products crafted from recycled, natural, or responsibly sourced materials. We also work with suppliers who share our values around environmental care, ethical production, and community benefit.
