What are your opening times?

Check our opening times to make sure you have the latest information before your visit.

Do I need to book in advance or can I walk in?

• We do not take bookings for the Saltire Bistro.

• Afternoon tea, served in The North Tower Bar, must be booked 3 days in advance. Book your Afternoon Tea online.

Do I need to book afternoon tea in advance?

Yes — afternoon tea must be pre-booked at least 3 days before your visit.

Can I reserve a table at the bar for a group?

No, we are unable to reserve tables for drinks.

Parking & Accessibility

Is there parking available nearby?

• We have a small number of accessible parking spaces, and these must be pre-booked.

• No other parking is available on site.

Is the Saltire Bistro and North Tower Bar wheelchair accessible?

Yes, both venues are accessible by wheelchair.

Food Options & Dietary Needs

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan breakfast options?

Yes, we cater for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Do you cater for dietary restrictions?

Yes, we cater for dairy and gluten‑free diets.

Is there a set lunch menu or daily specials?

We do not offer a set‑price lunch menu, but specials may be available from time to time.

Afternoon Tea

What is included in your afternoon tea service?

The menu price includes a welcome cocktail, a hot beverage, and all food items.

Takeaway, Pets & Payments

Do you offer takeaway or delivery services?

We serve takeaway beverages and some takeaway food. Our outdoor concession serves takeaway food and drinks only.

Are pets allowed in The Saltire Bistro and North Tower Bar?

No pets are allowed inside, except assistance dogs.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

Can I leave a tip?

As a charitable organisation, we are unable to accept gratuities. However, you can make a donation to the charity instead.

Drinks & Bar Information

What drinks are available at the bar?

We offer:

• Draft and bottled/canned beers (including alcohol-free options)

• A range of predominantly Scottish spirits

• Cocktails

• A wide selection of Scottish-made soft drinks

Do you serve non‑alcoholic and mocktail options?

Yes, we have alcohol‑free beer, cider and a wide range of soft drinks.

Group Bookings & Events

Do you offer group bookings for lunch?

No, we are unable to offer bookings for groups or individuals.

Can I book the Saltire Bistro and North Tower Bar for a private event?

Please contact our events team for details on available spaces, menus and pricing.

Do you offer catering for external events?

No, we are not able to offer outside catering at this time.
