Terms and conditions for tickets purchased from the booking portal

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable

General

1. Tickets purchased using our booking portal cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

2. Tickets purchased using our booking portal are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Additional tickets may be purchased on the day of your visit up to the maximum available in your slot when offered.

4. Tickets booked but not used are non-transferable and non-refundable (e.g., due to no shows).

5. Externally guided private tours are not permitted on site.

6. The Inverness Castle Experience reserves the right to refuse entry.

Payment

1.      Full pre-payment must be made for all people visiting The Inverness Castle Experience and will be invoiced monthly.
