New ticketing system in development at the Inverness Castle Experience
Anchor Operating System, known for its cutting-edge ticketing solutions, is excited to announce its new five-year partnership with High Life Highland to develop the ticketing system at the Inverness Castle Experience.
This collaboration will see Anchor managing the ticketing operations for one of the Highland’s newest visitor attractions when it opens in 2025. With this partnership, Anchor will bring its state-of-the-art ticketing platform to the attraction, enhancing the experience for every visitor.

When it opens in 2025, the Inverness Castle Experience, celebrating the Spirit of the Highlands, is expected to encourage both locals and visitors to the area to visit the castle. Anchor and the project team are committed to creating a ticketing system that will enhance the customer journey from the moment they consider visiting the castle.
The Inverness Castle Experience project, opening in 2025, will benefit from £30m investment to support its redevelopment from the Scottish and UK Governments, The Highland Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and a range of other partners.
The Inverness Castle Experience project is part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal, which is a joint initiative supported by up to £315m investment from the UK and Scottish governments, The Highland Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and University of the Highlands and Islands, aimed at stimulating sustainable regional economic growth.
